How can the Educational Counsellor help me?
OUR EDUCATIONAL COUNSELLOR CAN HELP:
register students in our academic courses;
examine transcripts to provide appropriate course selection;
navigate through academic choices and develop a plan for post-secondary education;
assist students with CEGEP applications and letters of intent;
update student grades through SRAM and CAS for the various CEGEPs.
Our Counsellor in ReEducation is available to assist and support students who have specific learning needs. Appropriate support measures are put in place to assist students in their educational path. Our Counsellor in ReEducation works with the individual to draw up and review their IEP/assessment and works closely with the Education Counsellor and teachers to help the students achieve their educational goals.
Our D.E.A.L. teachers work together with the staff and students to help students complete their studies.
When students register for a course, they are assigned a teacher for the course according to their last name.
Students will receive a welcome email by their assigned teacher upon registration.
Teachers are available for tutorials - virtually or in person (by appointment) according to the teachers work schedule.
Students will submit all their assignments to their teachers. The teachers will correct the assignments and provide feedback to the students.
